Hello, friends!

It’s time for another update!

Last time, I said it felt like I’d hit a lucky streak in life. And I wasn’t wrong! Last week, I caught a cold! Hooray!

Because of that, I had a few rather short workdays, and on Thursday I didn’t work at all — just stayed home. A little payback for all those who went on vacation over the past few weeks and dumped their work on me. Had your rest? Well, now it’s your turn to get back to it — ha-ha! And be grateful I didn’t take a COVID test! Who knows, I might’ve ended up stuck at home even longer!

The main symptom was a severe allergy to work. But when I stayed home, it was manageable with the help of meds. So I even got a bit of extra time to work on the game and some game-adjacent stuff.

But actually, something even better than my cold happened — Aqwaa is back!

I’m really happy. It feels like an old friend has returned from a long journey back to our hometown. A good assistant doesn’t just help you finish the same work faster — they make it possible to tackle things that would be too time-consuming alone, and that seriously boosts the overall quality of the project.

And yes, before that, I had to say goodbye to Bey. Unfortunately, the workload was just too much for him. But we parted as friends, and he got some valuable experience — plus a bit of cash for a couple of margaritas and a few mice for himself and his Komodo dragon (or whatever Komodo dragons drink, really).

As for the progress on Beauty and the Thug — quite a lot has been done!

First of all, another morning event with Jose is finished. Lisa and Jose exchange gifts. Lisa gives him a new uniform, and he gives her one in return. She once casually mentioned a boutique in the red-light district… well, let’s just say, she brought it on herself.

Then, the car wash event was updated to reflect Lisa’s new outfit.

And we also completed the event of Lisa returning home — also in her new uniform, plus some home afterwork activity.

All of these scenes are complete except for the final step: assembling the animations from the rendered image sets. But I’m confident Aqwaa will catch up quickly (update: when I was writing this, Aqwaa has already finished all simple animations and now is working on the complex sex animations.)

Also, I’ve nearly finished the last planned event with Jose. It’s going to feature a variety of sex animations, with some focus on anal. (Hey, don’t look at me — that’s all Jose’s idea!)

Once that final event is ready and Aqwaa wraps up the animations, I’ll be able to assess how much new content there is in total. But by my estimates, it’s already enough for a release. So before diving into Amy’s route, I’m seriously considering publishing an update focused on Jose’s story. Let me know what you think about that!
