I just purchased the current version from itch.com but when I try to install it reads "download failed" "this title is hosted on an incompatible third party website." I checked itch.oi and there was a comment about the game size and being limited to 2gig for downloads on 3rd party websites

I hope this is just a bug and not a change in the site’s rules. Itch.io’s administration hasn’t informed me of any upcoming rule changes, and the file hosts I use are both popular and reliable.
Maintaining skills through repeat playthroughs is awesome and adds replayability like nothing else out there.
Are there consequences for using cheats?
Hoping our protagonist will be able to eventually confess and share her kinks with others- would be nice if some of them have hesitancy or take some convincing to try things.

Regarding your questions:
1) There are five dreams + one nightmare with Amy and Charles. The last dream is where Lisa and Dolly discuss Lisa's "revenge", which is not really revenge. That's what you watch after Lisa goes to sleep.
Besides that, there are a lot of scenes with Lisa's imaginations (I didn't calculate them.) It happens when she watches lewd videos while playing in bed before sleeping. Most of the lewd videos contain such kinds of scenes. Also, on a high Bondage level, Lisa ties herself and imagines herself in a torture chamber where Dolly is her torturer.
Make sure you reach a maximum in all fetish skills - that would mean you watched all these imaginations.
2) The next thing I want to do with beach events is to implement nudist beach. Honestly, the story with Mr. Jefferson and Trump wasn’t part of the script. I just liked how Lisa looked covered in sand, so I decided to let her walk around like that for a bit longer. That’s when Mr. Jefferson and Trump showed up.
Someone had asked me about this before. If there are enough requests, I could definitely consider making a continuation.
3) The last day in v. 0.3.5 is June 24. You should save your game before June 25 because it's "Groundhog Day:" you can continue playing and having all sandbox events, but you won't have any scripted events after June 24. The next update that is coming this month will include Day 25 and Day 26.
Thank you for the quick reply, great. A nice idea would be a survey for your supporters to see what fans of "The Beauty and the Thug" want to see next. Topics that are great and would be great to continue would definitely be the story with "Trump", or also excellent, the visit to the showers/toilets of the beach sluts. Can our heroine buy a strap-on one day?
Yes, I'm planning this on Amy's route. By the way, one strap-on scene is already present in the game (bondage session where Lisa imagines herself in the torture chamber.)

1. When or how do you get more "dreams" like the heroine is tied up on the table while Dolly eats? or the massage scene with Dolly?
2. Will there be more encounters with Mr. Jefferson and Trump? That would be very VERY desirable and excellent.
3. Did the story/Game end with 25.June?
